Beer Sheva
In a French project in Neot Hadarim, which is being built by the French company Shimon in the Neot Hadarim neighborhood in Be'er Sheva, a 5-room apartment was sold, with an area of 136 square meters, with a 25-square-meter balcony on the 9th floor.
