Justice: Draghi, soon to be reformed, also serves magistrates

The Italians expect from the judiciary to make just and predictable decisions, in a short time. The same judges need a reform that strengthens their credibility and impartiality. These are the principles underlying the reform of the Government, which I hope will be completed promptly ".
