Even hit series are currently falling victim to austerity measures at Netflix and are being canceled without further ado.

You can find out here which series will not receive another season in 2022.

Netflix puts the red pencil on: For the first time in ten years, the number of users is collapsing, which is also felt by the subscribers.

The sharing of Netflix accounts should soon come to an end.

But an advertising-financed subscription is also on the to-do list of the Californian streaming provider.

Unfortunately, many series also fall victim to the austerity measures, especially in-house productions from Netflix.

Many series fans are likely to remain seated on one or the other cliffhanger.

Ozark is one of the most successful series on Netflix.

After the fourth season, however, it's over for them too.

Netflix: Many series fall victim to austerity measures – and are discontinued

Even one of the most successful series of recent years will bring Netflix to an early end in 2022:

"Ozark"

.

The award-winning thriller series was originally scheduled for five seasons, but now it's already over after the fourth season.

At least there is a small consolation for the fans: instead of 10 episodes, the fourth season has 14 episodes and a closed ending.

The second part of the fourth season of Ozark has been available on Netflix since April 29th.

The comedy series

“Space Force”

will also be canceled in 2022 – after just two seasons.

The in-house production featured stars like Lisa Kudrow ("Friends"), John Malkovich ("Billions") and Steve Carell ("The Office").

But the critics were not very convinced and the number of viewers left a lot to be desired in the end.
