WhatsApp off for many old iPhones: From autumn, the service will no longer be supported on all devices

WhatsApp will soon only work on new iPhones.
The devices on which the messenger service will no longer run from October 24th depend on the operating system.
Munich – There are innovations at WhatsApp in the fall.
This time it's not about new emojis or group chats.
Rather, the innovation can mean the end for a whole lot of WhatsApp users.
If you have an older iPhone, you should check which iOS version the device is equipped with.
And whether it might be possible to update to a newer version.

Support for older programs will then be removed.
Anyone using iOS 10 or iOS 11 must therefore update the operating system to iOS 12 in order to continue using WhatsApp Messenger.
