(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 29 - Marco Bevilacqua, the 37-year-old stopped today by the carabinieri for attempted multiple murder after the blows against a group of young people in Qualiano (Naples), in 2006, at the age of 20, was arrested for the murder of his father-in-law, which took place on January 24 of that year in Scafati (Salerno) at the culmination of a dispute.
In 2008 the Court of Assizes of Appeal of Salerno, confirming the first degree sentence, established that he had to serve 14 years and 4 months in prison.
The sentence became irrevocable the following year.
Bevilacqua spent a few years in prison and then returned to freedom.
