The President Emeritus of the Republic Giorgio Napolitano was discharged this morning from the General Surgery and Transplant Department of the Spallanzani Institute in Rome.
The post-operative course, the hospital informs, was regular.
Napolitano will continue the rehabilitation therapy in a dedicated environment.
The President Emeritus had undergone surgery on 21 May by the team of Prof. Giuseppe Maria Ettorre at the Intercompany Department of the San Camillo-Forlanini and Inmi Spallanzani company.
