(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 02 JUN - The killer of the Tulsa hospital acted with the intention of killing Dr.
PrestonPhillips, the surgeon who had operated on him and who is among the four victims.
This was reported by the local police chief, Wendell Franklin.
After the surgery, the perpetrator of the massacre repeatedly called the clinic complaining of pain and accusing the doctor.
"We also have a letter from the suspect, which clarifies how he went with the intent to kill Dr.
Phillips and anyone in his path," Franklin said.
