In the proceeding, currently against unknown persons, the crime
of negligent offenses of danger is hypothesized,
sanctioned by article 450 of the criminal code.
The prosecutors of piazzale Clodio yesterday carried out an inspection in the Serenissima tunnel together with the labor inspectors.
The investigators also arranged for technical advice on what happened.

"Technical interventions are still in progress - continues Trenitalia -. The shuttle service is active between Napoli Afragola and Napoli Centrale. Some trains stop at Roma Tiburtina instead of Roma Termini. Some InterCity trains stop at Campoleone".
Disruptions to rail traffic have also been recorded since yesterday in Puglia
following the accident involving the rear locomotive of a high-speed train in Rome on the Turin-Naples section.
In particular, still today, the two trains arriving from Roma Termini to Bari, the Italo at 12.05 and the Frecciargento at 12.11, travel with a delay of 70 minutes.
The Italo from Turin Porta Nuova is 190 minutes late.
