'We aim for a center-left majority with a progressive project'. Salvini: 'There will be no more executives with the Democratic Party. Government of national responsibility is not a possibility in 2023 '(ANSA)

"The government of broad agreements ends with this Parliament, after the next political elections the citizens will decide the majority and we aim to have the center-left majority who can govern the country according to a reform and progressive project".

So

Enrico Letta

, secretary of the Democratic Party, answered Jesi this morning to the journalists' question on the hypothesis of having to resort to another "governissimo" in a year.

Letta, speaking of the forthcoming consultations, highlighted that "they will be very focused on labor issues".

"The government of national responsibility is not a possibility in 2023. Other governments with the Democratic Party, once the epidemic is over and the war is over, there will be no more".

This was assured by Lega leader Matteo Salvini, on the sidelines of an electoral event in Lignano Sabbiadoro.

At the next elections, he added, "the League will support a center-right coalition that has very different ideas from the left" that "wants the property tax, the ius soli, the Zan bill. We want work, work, work, therefore flat tax , fiscal peace, tax cuts, the defense of the family based on mothers, fathers and children and not on other things ".
