"The rise in interest rates, which is looming, affects and weighs heavily on countries with high indebtedness and on this point Italy stands out for its absolute high debt and even compared to GDP. We must not forget that the best way to reduce the burden of debt and therefore also the relationship between debt and GDP is growth and therefore making the denominator grow.
Gros-Pietro recalled that Intesa Sanpaolo "makes available to businesses and families with regard to the pnrr 400 billion which is about double what is made available by Europe. And also helps businesses and families to choose those types of action which are more easily and effectively feasible therefore financing and assistance to operations ".
