This falafel is prepared effortlessly and without frying.

An ingenious recipe by Orly Plai Bronstein that combines falafel with crispy pitas in the oven or, if you prefer, falafel in the style of hamjon.



The seasoned falafel mixture is spread on pita halves with olive oil, and baked in the oven until golden and crispy.

Before serving, place freshly chopped vegetable salad and tahini on top of each pita and devour.
