1. Wash your hair a lot more
Gavardi claims that most people do not wash their hair enough.
A lot of people believe they have to “train their hair” to go through a lot of time between washes, but Hannah disagrees.
She explained: "I always advise my clients to treat their hair the way they treat their skin. The hair should be washed every day, it is valid for all hair types. A healthy scalp means healthy hair."
2. Taking care of your scalp
