Trouble at Telekom: Internet, landline and mobile communications apparently affected

Numerous Telekom customers are apparently affected by a disruption on Monday (June 13).
They report problems with the Internet, landline and mobile phones.
Kassel – There are currently disruptions at Telekom (as of June 13, 12:50 p.m.).
This emerges from the fault indicators from Netzwelt and Alle disturbances.
Customers from all over Germany are currently reporting frequent problems with the Internet provider's offer.
Numerous users report a failure of the Deutsche Telekom Internet.
According to the first information, the fixed network supply and mobile communications are also affected.
According to the reports, the problems are currently mainly in western Germany.
The federal capital Berlin, Stuttgart (Baden-Württemberg) and Düsseldorf (North Rhine-Westphalia) are badly affected.
Overall, most fault reports come from NRW, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse and Saarland.
In addition to connection problems with the Internet, according to the information, telephony from cell phone to cell phone in particular does not seem to work.
Disturbance at Deutsche Telekom: cause so far unclear
It is not yet clear what caused the Telekom disruption on Monday (June 13).
Telekom itself has not yet commented on the disruption.
