We asked Shani Arad, Strauss' dietitian, how to build a dinner that will be tasty and fun, but also varied and nutritious.

Vegetables and fruits



The best source of vitamins and minerals are vegetables and fruits, of course.

Surprise the children and serve the plate a plate with both vegetables and fruits, for example: cucumber, strawberry and orange.

The fruits are sweet, but they do not have to be dessert, you can serve the vegetables as baby vegetables, so even if the children did not eat vegetables at the same meal, you will eat and return them in their entirety to the refrigerator.



Eggs as a source of protein



Eggs are an excellent source of protein and good fats, and they are also a dish that can be served in a variety of ways.

Therefore, it is not surprising that they have become the most common and beloved dinner.

Offer the child a scrambled egg, a hard-boiled egg, an omelet or an egg - any form of serving works, and there is room for creativity and even for the child to participate in the preparation work.
