It was only in May that 13 German vacationers were doomed to travel to the Ballermann island of Mallorca.

But not everything that Malle fans enjoy is allowed.

Munich ‒ Jump off the balcony, throw the phone out of the hotel room, or take a minibar and a bathrobe home with you from the room - what is allowed and what is not allowed on vacation?

Some of what was once permitted or simply overlooked is now being punished.

Apparently the fun is over.

In the case of the German tourists arrested in May, it is reported that at a party on the balcony of their hotel near Ballermann they threw cigarette butts onto the terrace roof of a restaurant and also poured alcohol on it.

The reed roof caught fire.

Overall, there is talk of damage of at least 150,000 euros.

Now they are behind bars for alleged arson.

We reported.

Vacation on Malle: Draconian penalties for minor offenses

Well, it doesn't have to be as bad as in the case of the 13 Germans.

But there are offenses of which no one suspects how expensive they can cost you.

Maria Barbancho, a specialist in criminal law in Mallorca, knows this.

And reports on the most common Malle offenses to

Bild.de.

Although smoking in the restaurant is not considered a criminal offence, the host may warn the guest.

Bucket drinking on the beach is also not a criminal offence, but the local police can impose an "ordinary offense of up to 5,000 euros", comments the law graduate on the Malle offenses of holidaymakers.

Bucket drinking on the beach - is not a crime, but can be warned.

Anyone who throws a cigarette on the ground faces a fine of 1,000 euros or more.

And rip out flowers in the hotel garden - hard to believe: that costs up to 400 euros.

From 400 euros, this is even considered a crime.

According to Bild.de

, anyone caught can

go to prison for up to a year.

Vacation on Mallorca: About drunk tourists and bad behavior

Where alcohol flows in torrents, the mind stops quickly.

Anyone who walks naked across Playa de Palma while drunk faces up to a year in prison.

Because that could be interpreted as a crime of exhibitionism ,

the specialist lawyer told

Bild.de.

Anyone who steals slippers from other tourists for fun or because they don't behave well will be sentenced to a hefty fine - proportionate to their own salary.

And to be honest, Malle has that too: sex in public.

Everyone knows such pictures from the tabloid press.

Here, too, there is a risk of a whopping administrative offense of up to 5,000 euros.

From bad behavior to sexual assault, the catalog goes on and on.

The locals have long been annoyed by mass tourism and Ballermann drinking tourists.

And react aggressively with "Tourist go home!" protests.

And so it is not surprising that hotel operators and restaurant owners are now responding to holidaymakers on the island with new rules of conduct.

These rules should now attract a different audience to the Ballermann.
