(ANSA) - MILAN, 15 JUN - The Milan civil appeals court, in confirming the first instance sentence, has again rejected the request for compensation of 113 million euros advanced by Rti and Mediaset against the US producer Frank Farouk Agrama and two Hong Kong managers in the case of the buying and selling of TV rights in which the former premier Silvio Berlusconi was definitively convicted of tax fraud together with Agrama himself and other people.
It can be read in a note from the same Milanese court in which it is specified that the reasons for the rejection are different from those of the Court.
