After Telekom disruption: Customers report problems to other providers

There are currently disruptions and problems with Telekom services in Germany.

Numerous Telekom customers were apparently affected by a disruption on Monday (June 13).

Now there are problems with other providers.

In the meantime, the situation has returned to normal after the Telekom disruption.

However, customers at O2 and Aldi Talk are still reporting some problems.

The mobile Internet and the mobile phone itself are reported by the users as being affected by the disruption, reports Alle disturbances.de.

Problems with the Internet connection are also currently being criticized by 1&1 users, as reported by the Netzwelt portal.

After Telekom disruption: Now another provider is affected

Update from Monday, June 13, 3:41 p.m .:

The fault reports from the mobile phone providers seem to want to never end.

Now that the customer complaints about Telekom at Alle disturbances.de and the fault indicator from Netzwelt are slowly decreasing again, things are looking very different at O2.

Smartphone users at O2 are currently primarily complaining about problems with the mobile Internet (66 percent).

Around a quarter of customers also report problems with their mobile phones, according to Alle disturbances.de.

It is to be hoped that this disruption will also be rectified quickly.

Trouble at Telekom: Internet, landline and mobile communications apparently affected

First report from Monday, June 13:

Kassel – There are currently disruptions at Telekom (as of June 13, 12:50 p.m.).

This emerges from the fault indicators from Netzwelt and Alle disturbances.de.

Customers from all over Germany are currently reporting frequent problems with the Internet provider's offer.

Numerous users report a failure of the Deutsche Telekom Internet.

According to initial information, landline and mobile communications are also affected.

According to the reports, the problems are currently mainly in western Germany.

The federal capital Berlin, Stuttgart (Baden-Württemberg) and Düsseldorf (North Rhine-Westphalia) are badly affected.

Overall, most fault reports come from NRW, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse and Saarland.

In addition to connection problems with the Internet, according to the information, telephony from cell phone to cell phone in particular does not seem to work.
