Book Week is a great time to remind ourselves that with all the wealth of recipes that exist online, it is impossible to give up the experience of buying a cookbook.
One that is on the shelf and fun to flip through and draw inspiration from his pictures and stories or one whose pages have been splashed with a sauce or a chocolate stamp as evidence of the extensive use made of it in the kitchen.
A good recipe book is a book we will return to again and again.
It is not always easy to know this when buying, it is usually just "retrospective wisdom", but it is important when choosing a recipe book to read a little and understand if it has recipes that match our culinary level, our favorite food style and most importantly hear recommendations.
Over the years we have published quite a few recipes from recommended cookbooks, in honor of Book Week we have chosen some that we especially like.

We will start with the book of the one and only Erez Komrovsky.
Over the years, Komrovsky has published quite a few cookbooks and bakeries, but as an amateur baker, his book "Quick Baking" is one of the books we like to return to again and again.
In the book you can find breads, cakes and other pastries that do not require yeast, puffing or leavening.
The goal in front of Komrovsky's eyes was to bake so fast that the whole recipe could be prepared while it took the oven to heat up.
