ECB: EU sources, fragmentation is a serious threat for Lagarde

(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 16 - The risk of fragmentation in the euro area, highlighted by the rise in spreads, represents "a serious threat to our mandate of price stability. Doubting our commitment would be a serious mistake".

    This is what Chrstine Lagarde, the president of the ECB, told Eurogroup ministers according to EU sources.
