Temperatures are soaring and the risk of forest fires with it.
So much so that the National Forestry Office called for vigilance on Wednesday evening, before announcing exceptional measures on Thursday.
“Météo France has just placed Île-de-France at risk of a high forest fire on Friday and maximum for the day of Saturday”, reports the ONF which cancels all the events bringing together the public planned for this weekend, starting by Forest Nights, a festival that was to kick off on Saturday.
