Patients who contracted cancer and were left untreated this week, following the abandonment of nurses at the Wolfson Hospital Oncology Institute due to a conflict - demonstrated in front of the home of the Minister of Health •

An extraordinary demonstration by cancer patients and their families took place yesterday (Thursday) in front of the home of the Minister of Health, Nitzan Horowitz, in Tel Aviv, demanding not to harm the Oncology Institute at Wolfson Hospital and to leave all patients with Dr. Ronen Brenner, the institute's director.

The demonstration was organized following the announcements that the Ministry of Health has ordered to transfer the treatment of cancer patients to Sheba Hospitals in Tel Hashomer and Ichilov in Tel Aviv starting this Sunday.

Demonstrators are demanding that they be returned to Wofelson's treatment.

According to the demonstrators, "We went out to demonstrate that cancer patients are not a sack of potatoes that is moved from place to place.

The treatment at the Wolfson Oncology Institute, headed by Dr. Ronen Brenner, saves our lives and many of us came to it after the treatments at other hospitals did not help, and he is the only one who keeps us alive.

We demand continued treatment at the Wolfson Oncology Institute and demand that the Ministry of Health immediately change its decision, intervene in the crisis and allow us to receive the medical treatment that keeps us alive.

Do not play for us in life. "
