(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 17 - Two three-year prison sentences and one acquittal.
These are the requests made by the Public Prosecutor of Rome in the trial relating to the death of rapper Vittorio BosAndrei, known with the nickname of 'Cranio Randagio'.
The young man was found lifeless in an apartment in the Balduina district on November 12, 2016. According to investigators, a mix of drugs caused his death.
The acquittal was requested against Francesco Manente, accused of being the supplier of the drug and therefore called to answer for drug possession and death as a consequence of another crime.
The prosecutor urged the conviction of the other two defendants, Pierfrancesco Bonolis and Jaime Garcia De Vincentiis, accused of aiding and abetting because according to the accusation they lied to cover up his friend.
During the indictment, the prosecutor said that that evening "there was no substance missing: surely everyone consumed drugs. From the autopsy, traces of a dozen different substances emerged. The fact is that Vittorio entered the house alive. and he came out dead and these boys dumped everything on him, saying he had brought all the substances. "
