The national average price of petrol in self mode is 2.069 euros / liter (2.061 previously), with the different brands ranging between 2.060 and 2.084 euros / liter (no logo 2.051).
The average price of self diesel fuel goes to 2,006 euros / liter (against 1,994), with companies between 2,004 and 2,011 euros / liter (no logo 1,994).

The Federconsumatori National Observatory, taking into account the variations in the cost of oil, the level of exchange and the cut in excise duties, has calculated that today there is a surcharge of around 32 cents on fuel.
This means, for a family that makes 2 full loads of about 50 liters per month,
in an increase of 384 euros per year.
The increases, combined with speculative pressures, cause the prices of consumer goods to rise dramatically, more than 86% transported by road, so much so as to push families to an increasing number of sacrifices and cuts in their spending, even in food industry.
This is why a more incisive intervention is essential: to counteract the speculations in progress, both on the internal market and on international markets, to make the reduction of excise duties structural, to adopt new measures useful to curb the increases, defining a maximum ceiling for prices at distributors, to define the VAT charge at the net cost of fuels, no longer on the amount including excise duties, as is the case today with the application of a tax on the tax.
