– How has the health crisis inspired you?


Michel Le Van Quyen.–

During the first confinement, I was under house arrest in a very small apartment in Paris, and I realized that I missed nature very much.

During the other health restrictions, I left Paris, I went green, and I saw how much better I apprehended stress and worry.

I wanted to understand the mechanisms underlying this need for nature, and I started this investigation concerning the benefits of nature on the brain.
