The legal drama that lasted three years comes to an end today (Sunday), when the court ruled in favor of
Eliav Ozen
regarding the holding of the joint business he established at the time with
Danit Greenberg
- a clinic for aesthetic medicine and tattoo removal called "Sheva" (remember Eliav himself getting a tattoo, yes?) .
As you may recall, the couple he met at the Big Brother house, got married about six years ago with cheers and parted 3 years later with even higher cheers.
With the divorce also came the disagreements regarding the business and whoever continued to oversee the clinic was an ear, which was not liked by his ex-wife who went to court and asked for her rights and also continued to be a partner in it, along with the divorcee.
She accused him of coming in the dead of night and taking all the equipment from the clinic and he accused her of not paying insurance and salaries to the workers.
Either way, the business fell apart which led to the lawsuit in question.
Now, as stated, the court rejected her requests and even fined her nearly NIS 40,000 in legal expenses.
"I am happy that justice has finally been done, after 3 years of media lynching and legal proceedings Justice has been published," Eliav Ozen said.
No response was given on behalf of Danit Greenberg.
