As a sign of French companies' interest in integrating refugees into employment, some forty of them have already signed the "Charter for the inclusion of refugees and exiles in the workplace", which will be officially launched this Monday as part of World Refugee Day.
Major groups including Accor, L'Oréal, Adecco, but also SMEs such as Le Slip Français, the restaurant chain Cojean, as well as start-ups, have pledged to act in favor of these newcomers with the right to work.
Their actions will focus in particular on supporting these people (learning the language of the host country, training), and their proper integration into their workforce.
They will also endeavor to develop a positive culture of interculturality.
