Ingredients
2 cans 38% sweet cream (500 ml)
¾2 cups Nutella (350 g), at room temperature
2 ripe bananas, crushed
45 biscuits
1 cup of milk, for dipping the biscuits
50 g grated dark chocolate
100 grams of sugared pecans

Preparation
How to make biscuit cake ice cream and Nutella?
1 Whip the cream until medium soft.
2 Stir the nutella to make it softer, and fold it into the cream until it is completely absorbed.
3 Add the bananas, and mix.
4 Pour the milk into a bowl and dip the biscuits in it.
Shake and arrange a layer at the bottom of a pyrex pan.
5 Pour half of the chocolate-cream-banana mixture, sprinkle with grated dark chocolate and sugared Chinese pecans.
Repeat another layer of biscuits and finish with the other half of the mixture, the chocolate and the pecans.
6 Freeze overnight and serve.

Ingredients
2 cans 38% sweet cream (500 ml)
1 tablespoon maple
1 tablespoon honey
½ A teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
½1 cups of high-quality or homemade cherry jam (280 g)
To serve (optional):
Chopped mint

Preparation
How to make cherry and honey parfait ice cream?
1 Whip the cream with the maple and honey until the mass "swells" slightly.
Fold in the rest of the ingredients: lemon and jam.
Transfer the mass to a flat pan lined with baking paper, and place in the freezer overnight.
4 Remove, slice, garnish with mint and whipped cream and serve.
