At the World Swimming Championships underway in Budapest, the two Romans confirmed the first position of Saturday's elimination (88.5734) and also improved their score by winning gold with 89.2685 points, of which 27.3 for the execution, 27.1 for the artistic impression and 34.8685 for the elements.
The silver medal went to Japan, with the brothers Tomoka and Yotaro Sato (86.5939 points) and the bronze was won by the Chinese Shi Haoyu and Zhang Yiyao (86.4425).
