After a cancellation in 2020 and a digital edition in 2021, the Africa CEO Forum, the major meeting of economic decision-makers on the African continent, was again held face-to-face last week in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.
It brought together more than 1,800 participants for two days and welcomed four current presidents to the podium, Alassane Ouattara, President of Côte d'Ivoire, Macky Sall, that of Senegal, Nana Akufo-Addo (Ghana) and Mohamed Bazoum (Niger ).

This economic event is also a key moment for its organizer, the Jeune Afrique press group.
The 2020 edition, canceled at the last minute, left a slate of 3 million euros in the group's accounts.
Directed by Amir Ben Yahmed, Jeune Afrique then lived through a dark period, requiring the adoption of emergency measures such as the anticipation of the decision to monthly pay the publication of the magazine, the elimination of about twenty posts and the acceleration of the transition to digital.
