The smokehouse restaurant - let the meat speak
In the food groups on Facebook, it is called the "ultimate meat temple", the real meat lovers come to it from all over the Central and Sharon region without thinking twice and its name has spread far and wide as the national carnival home.
The Yanuv smokehouse restaurant is already 7 years old and it's a good time to reminisce about the unique carnivorous experience it offers

That's it, seven clicks.
Do not show me any pie in the next decade, do not want to smell borax, refuse to stick a fork in a lump of cheese.
Enough and enough.
The theme of Pentecost has exhausted itself, not wanting to even think about white clothes, head wreaths, water wars and especially cheese platters.
Next month (if not next year) I am a sworn carnivore.
Bring me bloody steaks, hot skewers, whispering coals.
All of these can be found in a place that has long since become a pilgrimage site for true meat lovers.
If you search for serious food groups on the net, you will find that the Yanuv smokehouse is one of the recurring recommendations in these groups.
When a recommendation is required for a place that is meat-free, without unnecessary etiquette and with full attention to meat, you will always find the name of this restaurant there - Binov.
In my conversations with my friends the carnivores, the name of this restaurant comes up quite a bit in the context of being analog and not technological, operating without the need for electricity or gas but only with the wonderful combination of meat and smoke, and providing an authentic and complete meat experience.

Both the atmosphere and the vibe in the smokehouse are different.

The ties and davin should be left at home or postponed to another date.
Glasses of wine and beer are poured here on a regular basis, Arak chasers pass one after the other, and everyone-everyone is waiting for the real thing that hides inside the smokehouse and will soon reach the tables, red and hot.
The chimney offers two types of meals that vary according to the number of portions and a private knights feast for a larger number of diners.
Of course there are toppings and salads, but the main thing and the highlight is of course the meat, and here there is plenty of it.
We were especially excited about the brisket, which is a juicy beef breast that spent 18 hours in a smokehouse, and the sirloin that stayed 5 hours in a smokehouse and seasoned with black coffee and chili (yes, black coffee and chili! Not sure you should try it at home) and was a delight to the palate.
All the slices are placed on a hot personal plancha and you can continue to roast them as much as you like, or just heat them up after the break you took between slices.

Meat is a serious matter and in the smokehouse it is treated accordingly and also the manner of serving, so work in regular rounds and at certain hours.
The meat is prepared according to the number of daily orders, so it is mandatory to book a place in advance and arrive at the designated time when the round begins.
There are crazy toppings like the bean stew and the deadly meat and also desserts that you would not believe are fur.
But all these are only a setting for the real thing for which everyone gathers here, for the bridegroom of joy, for the king of the party - the flesh.
The meat, he and only he, is the highlight, as evidenced by the thousands of regular and satisfied customers who have been visiting the place for years and writing glorious reviews about it.
So if you too are a fan of this fiery red and love to treat it with the proper dedication and make it the highlight, the smoker is the place you should get to know.
