A few hours after the Head of State lost his absolute majority in the Assembly, thus jeopardizing his ability to carry out the promised reforms, all eyes are on the Elysée, with more questions than answers on lessons to be drawn from these results.
Because what could only have been a formality after a successful election has taken a delicate turn: the majority is reduced to 245 deputies out of the 577 in the Assembly, and in the presidential camp, the objective is now to find allies to govern.
