(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 21 - An emergency communication line has been created between the defense ministries of Russia, Ukraine and Turkey to discuss the management of naval corridors for grain exports from Ukrainian ports.
The representatives who will manage this channel will be identified among the ranks of the respective armed forces at the level of generals.
