A cat brazenly occupies the sleeping space of her dog friend.

The pit bull's reaction causes tears of laughter to flow across the web.

Brazil – Living together in a flat-sharing community is not always easy and can sometimes really get on your nerves.

A sugar-sweet video that was recently published on the TikTok account "zara_pitt" proves that this also applies to animals and has since caused a lot of amusement and tears of laughter among users on the social media channels.

The cheeky cat simply steals pit bull lady Zara's place to sleep.

In the clip you can see that you don't necessarily have to be the strongest, but that you can also get through life with audacity.

Amora the cat and Zara, the pit bull, live together in a shared flat with animals.

Actually, the two get along well, as can be seen in other videos, and are even best friends: they cuddle together, clean each other, play with each other and sometimes fight.

But sometimes the cat seems to take advantage of her canine friend's good nature.

The hilarious video begins with the caption, "When you want to sleep but your king bed is occupied."

One sees pit bull Zara, who squeezes herself into a tiny bed that is much too small for her and looks in a very specific direction, rather bewildered.

The camera pans over and follows her gaze, only to find that she's looking longingly at the big bed, which is clearly hers - but with cat Amora comfortably napping in the middle.

But instead of letting the pit bull hang out and show the cat who's wearing the pants, Zara has an amazing reaction.

The dog prefers to avoid the conflict, grants her cat friend the better place to sleep and squeezes herself onto the much too small cat pillow.

Nevertheless, she can't really hide her disappointment while the cat stretches out in the large dog bed with relish.

The clip went viral in no time, has now been viewed more than 3.2 million times and has received almost 500,000 likes.

The humor of the situation and Zara's startling reaction to the cat's behavior did not go unnoticed by social media users, with fans commenting on the clip in droves.

"How Zara looks, poor ones," writes a user full of sympathy.

Others, however, are of the opinion that this is "typical cat".

But most of them just find the video too funny and pay homage to the curious work with countless tearful laughing emojis.

In any case, one thing is also clear: In this shared apartment, it is not the dog that has the say, but the much smaller velvet paw.
