If you are pregnant and you are in its first weeks, you probably feel very "pregnant".
Quite a few phenomena accompany women in the first trimester, with most passing with the entry into the second trimester, but there are those who get to move with it as well, and even the last trimester.
So what are the pregnancy effects you would be happy to give up?
Sure you will find one or more in the following list:
Extreme Fatigue
This does not happen to everyone, and there may even be differences in the same woman between pregnancies, but gestational fatigue is a very familiar side effect for women in the first weeks of pregnancy.
It's not just the desire to put your head down and rest, but simply an inability to open your eyes and move into a sitting position at all, let alone stand.
Fatigue in the first trimester brings many pregnancies to sleep for many hours, much longer than they are used to, but almost all of them indicate that it passes completely upon entering the second trimester.
Nausea
Sometimes it's a real nausea, sometimes it's just a feeling of reluctance from everything - smells, tastes or weather.
There are those who "increase" and even vomit, but the majority simply suffer from nausea in the first weeks and even after.
Those who have a really hard time surviving the day can ask their doctor for a prescription for pills that relieve nausea and are allowed to be used during pregnancy.
Constant urination
The changes in the body during pregnancy, and especially the increase in blood volume and the growth of the kidneys, lead to an increase in the rate of urine production.
Imagine the moments when you think you're going to fall asleep, but feel like you're peeing.
So you go to do and then after half an hour - as if it was not and again you need to.
Add to this the fact that in the first trimester the uterus presses on the bladder and it will take a few weeks until it rises towards the abdomen and you have a complete pee celebration.
If you thought it would stop then, you're wrong.
Even in the last weeks of pregnancy you may run to the bathroom quite a bit, since then the one who presses on the bladder is not the uterus but the baby's head.
Breast tenderness
Sometimes women report that the pain and tenderness in the breasts is what informed them about the pregnancy, even before the test.
If so, the breasts change during pregnancy, filling up and producing milk and you may feel sensitivity and also a change in their shape or color of the nipples.
If you are very uncomfortable, try wearing bras without braces or bustiers that will grip your chest well.
Bleeding
does not often talk about it, but in pregnancy there can be bleeding, especially in the beginning.
It is not always known what caused the bleeding, maybe the rooting, maybe the uterine lump and maybe other reasons.
Not all bleeding is ominous, but you should check with your doctor if you notice any bleeding.
In the final stages of pregnancy, bleeding may indicate the approach of childbirth and the exit of the mucous plug.
There are many other symptoms of pregnancy like shortness of breath, edema, back pain or toothache, but we have given here a taste of the most common and among us, also the most troublesome.
It is important to note that there are women who do not suffer at all from any pregnancy phenomenon, and all that is left is to just envy them and hope that the next pregnancy will be more pleasant.
