Fortnite: Island hopping for summery skins - how to complete the orders

It's getting summery in Fortnite.

Colorful rewards are now available for island hopping.

This is what you need to do for the perks in Epic Games' Battle Royale.

Cary, North Carolina – Summer has arrived, both on the calendar and in Fortnite.

The Battle Royale celebrates the sunny season this year with Island Hopping, a new event featuring exciting new maps to explore straight from the community.

Not only that, but there are also colorful rewards for players to dust off.

But there are a few orders that need to be fulfilled.

Ingame.de from IPPEN.MEDIA reveals exactly what the rewards look like and what needs to be done for them.

How does island hopping work?

In the new series of orders for the "No Sweat Summer" event, gamers will be served up a new playlist with community maps and very own games.

Each of the maps was specially built by fans for the Fortnite summer events and has received its own orders from Epic Games.

The more maps you play and the more quests you complete, the better rewards you get.

What rewards are there?

If you want your own equipment to be colorful, or if you like the colorful overload of RGB hardware in the PC, you should not miss the rewards from island hopping in Fortnite.

There are new spray motifs, emoticons, even a pickaxe and a back accessory for the orders.

All of it is in bright rainbow colors, like looking through a thermal imaging camera.

You can collect these six rewards when you go island hopping:

• A Completed Contract:

  Tropical Infrared Spray Theme and Infrared-GG Emoticon

• Three missions completed:

  Tropical Infrared Wrap and Tropical Infrared Devastation Spray

• Six quests completed:

  Macaw Darkwing Back Bling and Tropical Beak Pickaxe

You will receive two rewards for every milestone you complete.

You'll have to do a little digging to unlock the Tropical Beak pickaxe and the Macaw Darkwing back bling.

Thankfully, gamers won't have to grind like a Fortnite player who hit level 400 in 7 days.

There are six quests to complete in island hopping - meaning you must tackle the quest of each new map in the playlist.

What jobs do I have to do?

Each of the six maps in Fortnite's island hopping has its own quest that you must complete to complete the milestones.

In the survival map "One trigger, 100 days" you should collect resources, in the parkour universe and the color hunt you have to unlock achievements.

Vending machines want to be used in Zeppelin Skirmish, in object hunting you have to use your good eye and eliminate three object opponents and in Murder Mystery you have the choice of collecting coins or performing melee eliminations.

Until when is island hopping available?

So you've got work to do if you want to complete all of the milestones and reap all of the Fortnite island hopping rewards.

But you have some time for that, because the orders and the island hopping playlist are still available until July 6th at 4:00 p.m. German time.
