There are countless

recipes and tips for the “perfect scrambled eggs”

In a YouTube video, he shows three ways of preparing delicious scrambled eggs: English, French and American.

The following is about the so-called French way of preparation.

The ingredients are just eggs, salt and butter.

The perfect scrambled egg: Jamie Oliver shows French preparation

The

French-style

results in a smooth, creamy scrambled egg that's runnier than the scrambled eggs most of us are familiar with.

What you need for the preparation:

  • a saucepan

  • water

  • 2 eggs per person

  • a heatproof bowl

  • a bit of salt

  • a whisk

  • some sticks of butter

  • a silicone spatula

Also interesting:

scrambled, fried or poached eggs: this is how you make eggs easily in the microwave.

French-style scrambled eggs: This trick makes it particularly creamy

  • Boil about 2.5 centimeters of water in the pot.

  • Crack 2 eggs per person into the heatproof bowl, season lightly with salt and whisk with a whisk.

Place the bowl on the pot over the water bath.

  • Stir vigorously while the eggs cook over the water bath, that is, at a low temperature - this will take a while.

  • After about 6 minutes, the consistency of the eggs will gradually change: solid parts will stick to the whisk.

Now add a few pieces of butter.

  • Now use a silicone spatula and carefully turn the mass several times.

Don't be surprised: the French-style scrambled eggs are a lot runnier than the typical variant.

    That's how it should be.

  • To serve, for example, toast two slices of toast and put the scrambled eggs on top of each.

  • Just try this unusual way of preparing it and surprise your friends and family with this treat at your next brunch.

    Enjoy your meal!
