French-style scrambled eggs: This trick makes it particularly creamy
Boil about 2.5 centimeters of water in the pot.
Crack 2 eggs per person into the heatproof bowl, season lightly with salt and whisk with a whisk.
Place the bowl on the pot over the water bath.
Stir vigorously while the eggs cook over the water bath, that is, at a low temperature - this will take a while.
After about 6 minutes, the consistency of the eggs will gradually change: solid parts will stick to the whisk.
Now add a few pieces of butter.
Now use a silicone spatula and carefully turn the mass several times.
Don't be surprised: the French-style scrambled eggs are a lot runnier than the typical variant.
That's how it should be.
To serve, for example, toast two slices of toast and put the scrambled eggs on top of each.
Just try this unusual way of preparing it and surprise your friends and family with this treat at your next brunch.
Enjoy your meal!
