Someone loves me over there is in progress, a documentary that Martone himself wrote with Anna Pavignano.
The film is produced by Indiana.
Through contents, unpublished documents and the testimonies of colleagues and friends, the documentary aims to tell the genius and the myth of Massimo Troisi through the vision of the Neapolitan director and author Mario Martone (recently awarded at the Nastri d'Argento for Nostalgia and Quirido io) and of his partner life and work Anna Pavignano.
"With Massimo - Martone says - a friendship was born based on a great mutual esteem, I loved his cinema, we longed to work together.
Massimo has always remained alive in the collective imagination, because he was a great soul and a great artist.
