Jan Böhmermann and Fynn Kliemann will probably no longer be friends: since the moderator of the ZDF program uncovered dubious mask deals by Kliemann and other business partners, the influencer and YouTubers have been in need of explanation.
Now, with Olli Schulz, a mutual acquaintance of the two has spoken publicly for the first time.
In an Instagram story, the musician ("Mach den Bibo") asked his followers rhetorically about similarities between his friends: "Do you actually know what Jan Böhmermann and Fynn Kliemann have in common?" "I've seen both of them cry in your kitchen" .
Schulz wrote, apparently referring to Kliemann, that he had seen "what weeks of public pressure do to people."
»It's bad and I really don't wish that on anyone«.
Schulz runs the podcast "Fest & Flauschig" (F&F) with Böhmermann.
With Kliemann he renovated the houseboat of the late singer Gunter Gabriel for the documentary series »Das Hausboot«.
Assumptions that he would now distance himself from Kliemann or Böhmermann were rejected by Schulz.
“I have to disappoint anyone who is looking for a gladiator fight between Jan and me at F&F, because there will be no such thing,” wrote the 48-year-old.
At the end of his statement, Schulz pleaded for more mindfulness.
In the past ten years he has often worried about his colleagues "because the rug has been pulled out from under them".
"We're not very sensitive to each other."
