The subscription model continues to spread in the video game industry.
After Asia and then North America, Sony is launching its new PlayStation Plus service this Thursday in Europe.
The latter, accessible on the PlayStation 4 and 5 consoles, allows unlimited play of several hundred video games, from the most recent to those dating back to the mid-1990s. The Japanese group is thus responding to Microsoft's competing Xbox Game Pass service, which claims 25 million subscribers worldwide.
