Moments of great fear during the final of the synchronized swimming free single, at the World Swimming Championships in progress in Budapest.
American Anita Alvarez fell ill immediately after finishing her exercise.
She remained underwater for a few seconds, until her trainer dived into the pool to rescue her.
The doctors and paramedics, who intervened at that point, transported Alvarez to the infirmary, where she was declared out of danger.
After the fright, the athlete was able to return to the pool area to reassure her health conditions.
