Too warm to walk to the nearest ice cream shop or supermarket?
No problem: Ice cream can also be prepared at home.
If
yoghurt ice cream
is one of your favorites, this recipe must be on your summer to-do list: you only need four ingredients, a little time and no ice cream maker.
Here we go!
Make yoghurt ice cream yourself: the ingredients
200 grams of cream
80 grams of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
350 g yogurt (at least 3.5% fat)

First, whip the cream until stiff.
Read here how this works without a mixer.
Mix together the powdered sugar, lemon juice and yoghurt and fold in the whipped cream.
Fill everything into an oblong shape and put it in the freezer.
Take out the yoghurt ice cream every 30 minutes and stir well with a spoon or puree with a hand blender.
After two hours, stirring once an hour is enough.
The yogurt ice cream should freeze for at least six hours.
