A bloated stomach can already be due to the fact that you "snapped" too much air while eating or ate too hastily.
If you also eat a lot of raw food, you may also have to struggle with intestinal problems due to the indigestible fiber.
Many people today have a lot of stress at work and in their free time, which in turn literally "stomaches" them.
Accordingly, psychological stressful situations can also promote digestive disorders.
Another reason is carbonated beverages, such as mineral water, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages such as beer.
The carbonic acid irritates the intestines in particularly sensitive people and can also lead to physical complaints.
