(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 23 - Go ahead of the Chamber of the Chamber to the legislative decree on the election day, which brings together the Administrations in the referendum.
There were 325 votes in favor, 28 against, eight abstentions.
The text goes to the Senate.
The decree introduced the provision for the personal insertion of the ballot into the ballot box by the voter to reduce the risk of contagion;
with the same objective, introducing new features for merged or special seats for hospitalized in Covid wards or in isolation and for the sanitization of seats: for this reason 38 million euros have been reserved for the year 2022, destined only for the local sanitation part.
Furthermore, from 2022 to 2023 the experimentation, introduced by the 2020 budget law, of the method of expressing the vote digitally, which will be limited to political elections, is postponed.
An article therefore provides, for the upcoming elections of the Chamber of Deputies and of the Senate, that the exemption from collecting subscriptions for the presentation of candidacies also applies to political parties or groups that meet at least one of the following conditions: if they are constituted as a parliamentary group , in at least one of the two Chambers, as at 31 December 2021;
if they presented candidacies with their own mark in the last elections for the Chamber of Deputies - those, I recall, of March 4, 2018 - or in the last European elections - those that took place the following year, May 26, 2019 - in at least two thirds of the constituencies and obtained at least one seat on a proportional basis, or who have contributed to the determination of the national electoral figure of the coalition, having obtained, on the national level,
a number of votes greater than 1 per cent of the total.
