FLORENCE - The Opera di Santa Maria del Fiore has commissioned a photographic and video campaign on the monuments of the Florence Cathedral carried out for the first time with a drone.
Filming began in January and ended in the past few weeks.
Spectacular and evocative images have emerged that will once again show the world the sublime beauty of the monuments of the Florence Cathedral, its Dome, Giotto's Bell Tower and the Baptistery.
A selection of the best photographic and video images of the campaign will be presented, starting from 24 June, the Feast of San Giovanni Battista, on the Instagram (@museofirenze) and Facebook (@OperaDuomo) profiles of the Opera every two weeks.
An exhibition will then be made.
The task was entrusted to the photojournalist Fabio Muzzi.
