Ecuador plunges again into chaos.
Many major cities in the country, and in particular the capital Quito, have been the scene of numerous demonstrations since June 13.
Thousands of natives, carried by the powerful Confederation of Indigenous Nationalities of Ecuador (Conaie), have swept over the capital and take to the streets every day.
They are protesting against rising fuel prices, inflation, and difficult access to employment.
Quickly, the demonstrators demanded the departure of the president, Guillermo Lasso.
On Wednesday, June 22, the natives attacked the police station in the town of Puyo.
6 police officers were seriously injured, 18 are still missing.
