Amber Heard at the reading of the verdict in the defamation trial of Johnny Depp against her (Reuters)

A new conspiracy theory claims that model

Kate Moss ,

Johnny Depp

's ex-partner

, was not the one who testified at the trial of Depp and

Amber Heard

- and that the virtual evidence we saw at the trial is a forgery made using "Deep-Pike" technology.

An Amber Heard fan allegedly noticed a "glitch" on the broadcast and reported it in a collection of tweets circulated on Twitter.

It's been weeks since she ended one of Hollywood's greatest reality dramas, somewhere in a Virginia court.

During the six-week trial, Heard claimed that Depp was violent not only towards her - but also towards his mythological ex, 48-year-old Kate Moss, with whom he dated for 4 years until they broke up in 1998.

She then claimed: "He pushed her up the stairs. I heard it from two people."

The supermodel stood next to Depp and gave a brief videotaped testimony in court, in which she clarified that the father of two had never beaten or abused her.

You all already know the end of this sentence: The jury ruled that Depp's charges against Heard were true and that she would have to pay him $ 10.35 million in damages.

Recounting the incident in Jamaica, where she was with Depp, Moss told the court: "I slipped down the stairs, injured my back and screamed because I did not know what had happened to me and was in pain. He ran back to help me, carried me to my room and called for medical treatment."

She then claimed: "He never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down stairs."

At the time, Moss won praise from Depp fans.

One tweeted then: "Kate Moss was only there 4 minutes but she played it during" and another added: "She's beautiful, she's kind, she put Ms. Heard in her place."

But Heard's fans are less willing to admit defeat and in response spread a conspiracy theory against Moss' testimony.

According to them, it was not Moss who provided the testimony, but a forgery made in "Deep-Pike" - a technology based on royal intelligence to create fake videos or sound.

You probably know this: replacing a person's face and voice with someone else, usually a celeb,

Deep-pike or the real thing?

The Twitter user who disseminated the bizarre theory is referred to as Tiktok Marineya777.

He posted the documentation in question from the court and next to it wrote: "You must see! Fault in a fake AI hologram of Kate Moss in the Johnny Depp trial. Fake testimony. Take a close look at her eyes at 4:06".

The user pointed to an apparent "malfunction" that can be seen in Moss' eyes during the testimony when in the timestamp specified in the tweet, they are seen looking down and then leaping quickly back up as if it were a technical malfunction.

The tweet that spread the theory:

To prove his point, the user shared another video featuring a rather realistic "Deep-Pike" forgery by Tom Cruise, which one commenter described as "disturbingly accurate."

Tom Cruise's very realistic Deep Pike:

Another video he shared from Bloomberg shows an explanation of how technology has evolved so much in recent years that it is impossible to distinguish between truth and fiction.

The fan shared more accusatory tweets towards Johnny Depp, including one with a threading of all the times Depp allegedly lied under oath.

And more proof of Deep Pike's capabilities:

The attack on Johnny Depp continues:

Depp's fans did not remain obligated and rushed to present claims that refuted the theory.

One of them tweeted: "You've lost your sanity" and another added: "After checking your profile, you seem to be on the wrong side of most issues. I liked your family for having to deal with you!".

Another rightly claimed that Kate Moss was alive and if she had been exposed to her fabricated video - she would have simply said that it was not she who appeared in it.

The truth is that this argument pretty much closes the case for us anew.

The tweet that closes this corner for us:
