The earnings limit for mini-jobbers will be raised from 450 euros to 520 euros on October 1st.

The minimum wage will increase to EUR 12 on October 1st.

The upper earnings limit for mini-jobbers will be adjusted.

There are some changes coming for mini-jobbers this year.

As of January 1, 2022, the minimum wage rose to EUR 9.82 per hour before it is scheduled to rise to EUR 10.45 from July 1.

The minimum wage will also increase to EUR 12 as of October 1st.

As part of the minimum wage increase, the upper earnings limit for mini-jobbers will also be adjusted: the mini-job limit will rise

from 450 euros

to 520 euros per month

on October 1st

weekly working time of 10 hours at minimum wage

conditions, according to the coalition agreement between the SPD, the Greens and the FDP.

On June 10th in Berlin, the Federal Council approved the increase in the statutory minimum wage to €12 per hour from October 1st.

The Bundestag had passed the bill by Labor Minister Hubertus Heil (SPD) a week earlier.
