M5s: De Santis (Civica Raggi), pass with Di Maio

Antonio De Santis, former councilor of the Rays Giunta, and currently leader of the Virginia Raggi List in the Capitol, announces to "Il Foglio" his choice to leave M5S and go with Luigi Di Maio's party, 'Together for the Future'.

"For eight months - he tells the newspaper - no one has opened a political table with the elected officials in Rome" and then "Di Maio has the merit of having brought the movement to over 30%. He is a true political leader ..." and laments that Giuseppe Conte paid little attention to the capital.

Speaking of the former mayor of Rome, he added: "He is the first person I have heard and he told me to do what I thought was right".
