The superintendent of the Petruzzelli Theater Foundation in Bari, Massimo Biscardi, said this during the presentation of the Opera and Ballet Season and the Concert Season 2023.
"The concept is simple - he explained - it's not that we are nowhere, we are from part of the Ukrainians and the freedom of a country to choose their own destiny, but the artists, the Russian ones, in my opinion are victims of the situation themselves ".
