A rare mistake happened today (Monday) at Carmel Medical Center, when a mistake was made in identifying a deceased body, and as a result, the wrong body was brought for burial.
As soon as the mistake was discovered, the hospital in the north summoned and updated the families about the mistake, and professional staffs enveloped and accompanied them in whatever was required in these difficult moments.
Carmel Hospital deeply apologized to the families and mistakenly updated the relevant parties on identifying the deceased's body, as well as on burial matters.
